Welcome to Lucinda Fishing Lodge - True Waterfront Accommodation
Located on the southern end of the Hinchinbrook Channel, we offer true waterfront accomodation, with fully air conditioned self contained apartments.
We are positioned in a great location for fishing the Hinchinbrook Channel, the Great Barrier Reef and the Palm Island group of Islands.
We strongly believe that recreational fishing has, and always should be, part of the Australian way of life. There is nothing better than seeing the faces of the children as they hook a fish.
We can help you get started in our local area, how to get in and out of the channel and fishing tips. Enjoy your fishing holiday, have some fun and catch some nice fish. Barramundi fishing is a particular favourite for the region.
Whether it be that trophy GT for the picture of a lifetime, the Famous Hinchinbrook Grunter, the thrill of hooking the elusive Barramundi or catching a nice Coral Trout out on the reef, there is a fishing adventure for everyone.
You don't have to be a seasoned fisher to stay with us. We cater for family holidays, the boys fishing trip or just a relaxing holiday for any person or group, with various styles of accommodation available, we can cater for anyone looking for a great place to stay. (Sorry we do NOT accommodate for Bucks Parties). The Hinchinbrook Channel offers huge areas of protected water in most types of weather with thousands of fishing spots.
You can leave your boat on the private pontoon which is exclusive to Lucinda Fishing Lodge guests, or you can choose to leave your boat on the trailer with plenty of free onsite parking available
